AIM Recovery Online provides structured recovery support and education through an 8-week CBT-based program. This includes educational modules, self-reflection exercises, accountability tools, and participation documentation. This is NOT medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
The standard program is 8 weeks, with each module designed to take approximately 60-90 minutes. You can work at your own pace. A fast-track option is also available for those who need to complete sooner.
